In 2026 I published the pilot edition of The Career Drift Diagnostic™ and developed The 365 Career Architecture System™, a structured, five-layer model, Identity, Skills, Value, Visibility, Leverage, for understanding where professional effort compounds and where it quietly drifts.

This work sits on top of everything before it. Fourteen years of operational leadership taught me that failure is usually structural, not technical. The same pattern, I came to see, applies to careers.

The System culminates in The 365 IT Professional™, a professional identity earned through deliberate architecture, not assumed on day one.
